Membership in the Chaîne is by invitation only and is extended to men and women who are professional or amateur gastronomes.  For professionals, it provides opportunities to demonstrate their exceptional skills and creativity to a discerning, appreciative audience.  For all, it offers opportunities to meet people who share a common interest in fine dining and good fellowship.  Rank is signified by ribbons bestowed at formal induction ceremonies.

Benefits of Membership

Membership includes a subscription to the U.S. Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Gastronome, a full-color high-quality magazine that reports on society events around the country and provides a calendar of forthcoming opportunities.  Members also receive an annual guide to Chaîne-affiliated restaurants, hotels and cruise ships, all of whom are entitled to display the Chaîne plaque, a symbol of culinary excellence recognized around the world.  Fellow members can anticipate being made especially welcome when patronizing Chaîne member establishments.  Visit our Professional Members page for a listing, with links, of these establishments in the Atlanta Chapter.

Societe Mondial du Vin - Our Wine Society

The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs also has a society within the society, l'Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs, for those who have a special knowledge of or interest in wine and spirits.  Members of this group organize special wine related events.
